Sandbox Life Coaching

Leadership and Team Sandbox

Sandbox Relationship and Teams Systems Coaching works with organizations motivated to look at their existing group dynamic in a safe and playful space we call the Relationship Sandbox. Together we will build on what is working, dig out what is not working, and create a new framework of communication.

Benefits and Outcomes of Team Systems Coaching

Sandbox Coaching will educate and empower the team to:
• understand their roles on the team and each others’
• appreciate each others’ work from a team perspective
• grow leadership capabilities within the team
• communicate more effectively without finger pointing or posturing
• engage in constructive interaction, while valuing diversity and maintaining optimism
• build a culture where respect, camaraderie and trust are the foundations

How does Team Systems Coaching work?

Teams exist to produce sustainable results. They bring together a broad mix of skills that exceed the capabilities of any single individual. They generate goals and the support to achieve those goals. Effective teams have the ability to adjust with speed and agility to changing needs. A high performing team generates trust and confidence and an environment that encourages performance.

This is the basis for our team systems coaching, which comes from the systems model for team coaching developed by the Center for Right Relationship. Right Relationship is the daily practice of creating conscious, intentional relationship with all aspects of oneself, with all aspects of others, and with the larger world.

An administrative work environment brings together a unique blend of individuals each working towards a common goal of support and productivity. When a system becomes fragmented or disconnected, and individuals are working more on their own than collaboratively, then shinning a light on this system and giving it a voice will make room for communication and respect.

What is the fuel that drives us to give and support?
• shared purpose or mission
• shared commitment
• shared performance goals and measure
• shared behavioral norms
• shared team practices
• clear roles
Our sessions focus on establishing these six attributes through: clarifying roles and increasing cohesiveness within the team; enhancing positive team collaboration; addressing and resolving toxic behaviors; addressing and supporting individual needs for leadership development; and creating a supportive culture within the team and the organization.
