Meet Helga

Helga Grout is a wife and mother who has successfully raised three sons. She has worked in a health and wellness career for over 20 years and pursued her personal goals and dreams of leadership. Helga believes that despite those times when life can get messy, finding the fun in everyday life is the first step to healthy family relationships and communities.

Helga has successfully completed her training from the Coaches Training Institute in Co-active Coaching. Her training included Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching and Leadership Program.
